Well girls, look at it like this....we'll all just have fun getting "frumpy" and storing our estrogen together! LOL Frumpy...oh come on you are ten (and a half) years younger than me!! you look good and probably always will the way you work at it....Frumpy ! NEVER! not in a million years! I would rather go down fighting...We could all just stay drunk alot and then we could use that warning about how we look as an excuse...never frumpy! ;D ;D ;D ;D Hell at least if we stayed drunk and they stayed drunk, they would think we are hot anyhow ;D ;D ;D

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Glad to see we are all keeping active and healthy. Back on June 1, I had set a goal of losing 35 pounds by October 1. With that being in 2 days, I only have to lose 25 more pounds ;D I had about 2 months in there where I was not too serious about what I ate, so I rollercoastered for a while. Over the past 2 months I have lost 7 pounds, so that averages to almost a pound a week. Slow but steady. I reset my goal for March 1, 2006. I think that I got over my urge to eat fast food all the time for lunch. We'll have to wait and see what happens. Miles

What's wrong Miles 8-)You can runn around like the kids and lose that other 25 ;D I have yet to break 10,000 again :-/I've been trying, but with the way the kids have been playing on the playground, we've only been swinging, not walking. So I guess I'll be trying to get a little walking group together today :DThe teachers did that last year, I thikn a few still do

Kaiti, don't you wish that you could burn calories with your hair blowing in the wind? With this weather, I could easily lose 25 lbs. today alone!
I haven't been good at all this last month, all the b-day cake, so I gained. Back to the workout again!

If I could lose a pound everytime a kid came up to me and inturrupted or tried to talk over either me or someone else, man I wouldn't be here ;D ;D ;D Let's make it a quarter of a pound, I don't want to wither away too soon.......next week maybe ;D ;D That's OK trid, your storing up for the upcoming cold spell. Just think them boney skinny chicks will be freezing their butts off

I could get a t-shirt that says, "I'm storing estrogen. I don't know what HIS excuse is." but DH would disown me. ;D I like that! Skay...just think..you could make a fortune off this shirt! and Anne....thanks for the compliments!

Hey there friends, I had to clean out the left overs and did a couple of major pasta festivals this past week, so I didn't cringe when I was up a pound. I'll be good this week, I promise. Miles

I think that a good dose of pasta is good for whatever ails you! Now, with a heavy tummy, it is easier to get back on track... it sort of motivates you from the pit of your stomach!
I also had a starch filled week, and am not surprised at the lack of loss. And so starts another week of diet and exercise!
WE CAN DO IT!
