Thank you, sir, with all of this confetti, it'll be fun cleaning up too ;D First thing is first: HAPPY CLOWNS ARE ON ORDER!!!!! Next: We need bands, floats, marching units, Sally Starr. ( ok, for a few years, Ms. Starr was at our parade, unfortunatly, she didn't make it this year, but Her and Chief HalfTown(RIP) are wonderful People) Anything else?? I have unlimited resources. We need a parade marshall. I nominate Renee and Veronika as Co Marshall's All in Favor?

Hi every one my name is Robyn, I'm only 17 and I am new to this site. I was doing research on ADHD/ ADD, because my lil brother has ADHD and i wanted to understand a little more so that i may understand not only him, but his anger and pain a little better. I love him so much (By the way he is 12 years old) and I dont think he knows how much. There are times that i wish that i could take him away for a while, away from all of the things that add to his stress which in turns adds to my family's. I wish I could take him away to a place that has everything (positive things only) that he evr dreamed of. I know spoiling him wont make it any better, but If i could give him one day to be free of being judged and picked on then he could see that the world can be a beautiful place and he should concentrate on the people who love him. He really is a wonderful little boy, and i wish that everyone in the world could see kids like him the way i do, if they would just look at the good instead of the bad then they would understand everything a lot better. Not only that but i believe that they would learn more about themselves and how sometimes taking time to look at things in a different way would inlighten them and make them want to understand. Yeah he's far from perfect and there are days that i want to run away from all of it, but then i just think of how different mt life would be without him and I know that i wouldnt want it any other way then this, some may think of him as a nusince(sp) , but he is my little hero, and angle. So all in all I guess my wish is that people would open their eyes an dmind to the positive things in life, and try as much as possible to block out the negative. -Robyn

Robyn, welcome to the Family :)It is SOOOOOOO refreshing to hear a fresh, young voice speak so eloquintly.
You seem to have a pretty good head on your shoulders, and sound like one of us mom's and dad's. Then again the age difference that is between the two of you, you remind me of my husband...there's a seven year differnce between him and his younger sister.
You are more than welcome to pick our brains for any information that might help. There is a wealth of info here concerning behavior, education, medications, natural alternatives etc.
Can I ask, how are your parents handling your brother? All is well I hope, take care a visit often Kaiti

Thank you for your quick responses, i am happy that i came across this web site, and look forward to keeping up with it. My parents are divorced and david, my brother, is my moms son, so he is my half brother. My mother is wonderful and has a lot of patience, she is the only one who fully understand him and i love her more and mor every time i see just how wonderful she is with him. I dont really see her or david a lot because i am living on my own, working, and going to school in missouri, and they live in kansas. Well i thought i would tell u a little bit about myself so here it is... Im 17, i have two semesters left of school , i have 8 siblings (12 if you include the step), My dad is remarried, and my mom is now a single mother. I live with a friend and have been out on my own for almost a year now due to the fact that i dont get along w/ my step mom, I have been dateing my boyfriend Phil for 3 1/2 yeras and he makes me happy and my goals in life are to do interior design and decor, and if i become wealthy enouph i want to spend money helping other's who need it more then me, and my un realistic lifelong goal is to become a billionare and help the untouchables ( if u dont know about the untouchables the i recamend you look at http://www.untouchables.org) and other peaople and countries who need help. I know i sound korny but i believe that if everyone in the world was willing to help eachother out then we all would be equally happy. So there u go now you know a little bit about me and my hopes and dreams. -Robyn
