I was watching a TV show and the nutrionist was talking about Breakfast being the most important meal of the day. I know that it is.....but I am not a morning eater. I really am not hungry until lunch time. Am I alone here?

I cant eat early in the morning, I feel sick if I do, and so does my son. I usually eat some peanut butter crackers on my coffee break, then eat lunch. Dan usually grabs a granola bar on his way out the door.

It all depends on the previous days activities. If I was active, I'll have some toast.....but I was figuring cream and sugar in coffee as something ;D

I usually do eat breakfast, but nothing really big, just a little something to stave off the hunger pangs and jump start my slow metabolism. (see, I told y'all I'm obsessed!)

I went for "once a week" ... because it is "about once a week" I go down to our cafeteria at work and get "two pieces of toast please with butter" at about 10.00 a.m. (couldn't take it earlier!) ... but most days NO .. I do not eat breakfast but I always have a sandwich (minimum) at lunch ... Evening dinner is always and has always been my main meal of the day however ...

As a minimum, every day two granola bars. Sometimes I skip lunch, but never breakfast. I need my tall glass of ice cold milk and something fruity... used to be a pop tart, but I have moved on to slightly more healthy stuff.
Michael skips breakfast everyday, Patrick gets sick if he doesn't eat at an early hour. Shaun eats all day long.
DH hasn't eaten breakfast once in 20+ years. But he does get his cup of coffee daily. Thank goodness they finally make a ONE cup coffee maker, cuz I hate the smell of the stuff.

I never miss a meal! This past spring I started the "Change One" diet, and although I only half follow it now, I have stuck to the basics of breakfast (btw, I lost and kept off 10 lbs). Breakfast consists of fruit and either a small bowl of healthy cereal (kashi go lean crunch), or a frozen trader joes waffle (nothing on it), and occasionally 1 egg with dry toast. Never skip the fruit. Then of course, there's my coffee with sugar and half and half (that's something I won't give up or skip!).

yup :Dthat counts. Yogurt actually sounds like a good breakfast. My problem is that if I eat breakfast, I eat the rest of the day......I don't mean 3 meals, I mean, I graze the rest of the day. Although I have heard that it is better to graze then sit and stuff yourself.....which I do sometimes

I am like Kaiti if I have a big breakfast then I snack all day long and into the night Once in a while I will have eggs and potatoes for breakfast. Every morning with my cappuccino I have a few cookies so does that count as breakfast? Naw because I have to share the cookies with the dogs so I don't get much in the end ;D ;D

As far as grazing....If you are eating healthy it is probably a good thing. In moderation of course ;D ;D
