Since you mentioned your puppy ;DI have to mention mine. He got his nose smacked the other day :oHe's tall enough now that when he just raises his head to smell, his nose is at the table. Mike thought he was trying to get something off :oSo he smacked his nose down. I told him Duke was a growing boy ;D ;D

I am the opposte of alot of you guys in that if I DON'T eat something in the morning...if I go too long after getting up.... I will start to get sick. My mom and sis the nurse think it may be low blood sugar. Who knows? So, I have learned to eat a little something when I get up....but I'm not one to eat alot because I can't handle a huge meal first thing in the morning. I usually eat a banana or have a protein shake when I first get up at 5 am and then have a english muffin with yogurt, a bowl of cereal, or a slimfast bar and boiled egg for my true breakfast after I get to work at 7:15. Like Linda and Anne, my biggest meal is dinner which is usually between 5 and 6 pm.

I´am with you Christy by getting sick if eating nothing... I need my 2 toast to keep me on the track, then I eat lunch(mostly sallad´s) at noon and dinner is my biggest meal too. If I skip breackfast I dont have to eat anything I feel so sick I literary cant tolerate food... it was much worse when I was prego, then I had to have somthing right away when I feeled hungry or feel sick the rest of the day I wouldn´t eat beacon and egg´s though... the thought make´s me sick too

I am not a big meal eater. I usually just eat throughout the day 8-10 times. If you consider breakfast the first meal of the day it is usually just a yogert, coffee and a snack bar. Between 9 and 3 I snack on fruit, a sandwhich, chips, veggies, then have a 300-500 calories "supper" between 3-6. I am never really hungry to speak of.

I'm another one who gets sick if I don't eat something soon after I get up. I have to eat enough to last from 6:30 to 12:30. Sometimes a bowl of cereal with rice "milk" will do.

I am wondering if it makes a difference in your hunger in the morning by the time you quit eating at night. My dh doesn't eat anything after 6pm while I am a muncher until about 8pm.

I think it depends on what you eat. If I eat anything cereal and milk, I will be STARVING within 2 hours, where with yogerts, pancakes, waffles, I am usually able to stave off the hunger until 10 or so. On the other hand, as far as night snacking goes, I can't figure it out. I am usually not hungry in the morning no matter what I eat or don't the night before. Isn't it great to be able to talk in circles? Miles

I am wondering if it makes a difference in your hunger in the morning by the time you quit eating at night. I know that if I eat big dinner late, I´am not hungery at all at breakfast time, actually the hole next day goes by with no hunger But if I skip the dinner for some reason.... there is no difference, I still cant eat more than usual. I know that heavy lunch make´s me grave thing´s, expecially sweeties Light lunch doesn´t do that at all... I think there is something wrong with my sugar metabolism
