OK, for adults: Road House-Patrick Swayze AND Sam Elliott, just something about both of them.......is it getting hot in here? OK, For kids: MY favorite, although I come from a hunting family: The Fox and the Hound, the first movie I saw in a theater. My kids first movie seen in a theater: and I love watching it at home: Monster's Inc. By the way, did I write Ducks of Hazzard for a TV show? the first with Luke and Bo, not the other two. Kaiti

Me and the kids also LOVE the Wizard of OZ, but hubby who hasn't really cared for it, gets even more annoyed when we run around the house or in public singing FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD, FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD, FOLLOW, FOLLOW, FOLLOW, FOLLOW, FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD. How many of you counted to make sure I have the correct # of Follows? I know I did Kaiti

How about the Naked Gun Series, and all of the others that are so stupid they're funny. I guess that would be along the lines of National Lampoon, huh? OOOOOhhhhhhh Police Academy, I could watch them all day long on HBO.
I didn't flip the channel quick enough when watching a Revenge of the Nerds, do the rest of the day the kids ran around: WE'RE NERDS, WE'RE WET, WE'RE VERY VERY UPSET!!
OH MY GOD Needless to say, we listen better for the kids to "peak around corners" now Kaiti

This is hard - I would have to say Lawrence of Arabia with second being Fight Club and third perhaps Galaxy Quest. I have to add in About A Boy. I was just watching it AGAIN - and love that movie - especially the end when Hugh Grant is standing there "singing with his eyes closed".
Favorite TV show would have to be West Wing along with Survivor (yes, admitted fan) and 24

Saw Lord of the Rings, part 3, Finnmom! It was awesome!!! The best one yet! Wanted to go last Thursday, but it had sold out for the entire weekend, except for the 2:45 show on Friday afternoon, so I went to that one. Well worth it!

Movie: Local Hero 1985 'ish
Quirky comedy set in a small Scottish town. Burt Lancaster and Peter Riegert. Rest of cast are Scots.
TV Show: Reno 911
just a great send up of 'Cops' and the other cop shows.
The Daily Show is a close second tho....

OK, I have to say, I just woke up a bit ago and got a load of CSI. I actually like it. Hubby said it would have been solved quicker if Quincy or Jessica had solved it Quincy was a good show too.

Oooh, I'd have to say that my new favorite movie is Pirates of the Carribean. Anyone seen it? I loved it! I have never been a big Johnny Depp fan, but after that movie, I'm hooked. He really gets into that role! jdmom, I finally saw "Pirates of the Caribbean", and it was very good. Johnny Depp definately made the movie.
