I also vote for reading to Dad Levi's grade also fell because of AR. Here is something I learned about the reading levels. If you look on the back of most books the reading level will be there. Also check with your local library they might have an AR book list there (ours does). Also our school is pretty easy on kids who have an IEP in place but they still have to read something during AR time and at least make an effort to take a test......In Levis case he has only taken 2 the whole year so our goal is for him to read at least 2 of his Hank Ziper books and take a test on them. Alla~~~that is to funny a story.....did your brother get in big trouble?
