I am so happy this morning. Brooke got her first good report card in years! 2-A's, 7-B's and 1 C. I can hardly believe it and best of all she is so excited about herself for the first time ever!
I had posted back in October when she was going through the IEP process and had just started meds. At the time she was getting D's and F's. She started on Concerta 36 mg and qualified as OHI so an IEP was implemented at the beginning of November. I know the road is long but for today I will just thank God and beam with pride for my baby!!!
Many thanks to all of you who supported me during the IEP process. It really helped me stay strong and fight for what Brooke needed.
