Thas just what my ds9 does, he write´s well, make´s long sentances and great stories, but doesn´t "remember" to but the space between the word´s he´s getting some special ed for this now when school start´s again(tomorrow). So, hopefully it´ll get better. Is he the only one doing this, anyone else in there? What has helped? Is there anything I could do, other than reminding him to the point he yell´s at me and stop´s writing, that´s why I dont do that anymore First it was his handwriting, got some OT to help that and now, something else!!! How frustrating

I also was going to suggest the 2 finger space---every once in a while I have to tell Levi to space his words and make it look neat. Boy does he get mad after a while but it is much easier to read

Ditto for Rose. Her brain works faster than her hand and having to slow down is the pits.

Sd 9 also does this! The special education teacher started making "blocks" (squares) for each individual letter for my sd's spelling words... Its helping her space her letters out better, but didnt really help with spacing words...
Can you see if ds will put his index finger down, right after a word? opposite writting hand of course, then start the next word? I think an index finger would be about the right amount of space...

ds did use the finger to make space in his earlier year´s, mayby he now think´s he´s too big for that. I have to remind him..... Thank you for all your reply´s, it´s nice to know I´am(he is) not the only one.
