First thing in the morning is usually worst for my son. He sometimes wakes up anxious. Once he starts his day he is fine

My daughter's worst time is the mornings. The next worst time is before bedtime. Daphne Same with my son. Mornings are HORRIBLE. The next worse is nightime, but no where near as bad as mornings. My son makes irrating load noises and won't stop. Could this be a vocal tic? Once his concerta kicks in he is fine.
