His new plan is even better than what I went in with to ask for. Covers some possibilities I doubt he'll need but that leaves some growing room. He's even getting accomodations in his math class now that I never asked for and never would have thought of. I've had about two weeks to see how the accomodations will actually work and it looks like the teachers are meeting their obligations.
I'm going to let them off the IEP hook today.
Time will tell but I think we're in good shape.

Anne, I'm getting those "X's" too. I thought it was something on my end?? I've got 5 different X's when writting a reply. The 4th,5th,10,12 and 16 are just X's. Madison ;D     Now that's STRANGE....They WORK when you ck on them? But I didn't know what the face was....Hmmmm |

Sierra, That is AWESOME! I am so glad for both of you. I really must be nice to see the "system" working for him. (so far) I hope all goes well.
Let us know what kind of tricks you pulled to get the school to cooperate so well.
BTW, as far as the smilies go, I remember Veronika saying something about too many pictures being uploaded at once or something like that. We get the picture!!!

I started getting the "X's" when I got a new computer and 'upgraded' to AOL 8 ..... I thought an upgrade in both computer and internet supplier would have made LESS x's ... but I have MORE !!! I think we've exceeded the download bandwidth for some of the icons. So everybody gets the X's. The most popular icons dropped out first.

When I get a chance I'll write up the main points of the 504 plan. Might be the weekend though.
