Hey girl...unless I've just missed it in all my own craziness of the last week, I haven't seen an update in the last few days. Is Andy home now? How's he doing?

Thank you for thinking of us, I have spend every night after work going to Abilene to see him, then comming back home around 11:00 pm. On Saturday, I finally took the kids up to see him, and they wanted to spend the night in the hospital with him. The hospital brought in a cot, and we had a slumber party (of sorts) that night. Andy and Dan watched the football game on tv, Amber kept going up to the 7th floor to see the lights from the city, and I read a new book I had. I picked Andy up from the hospital on Monday, and he is home now. He needs to go back to the doc in two weeks for a check-up, and then we will see how well he is recuperating. So far the docs have said he is doing amazing. They cant believe how well he is doing.

I am still in the process of trying to get any assistance I can, and am not having much luck.

I'm glad he's home and doing so well!! I sure hope you can get some help soon, though. The financial stress could make things difficult.

Keep on trucking as far as the assistance goes, it may be a major pain, but something is better than nothing.

I'm glad to hear his recuperation is going so well! How long will he be out of work? any chance for short-term disability?

Oh I am soooo pleased that he is doing so well !! and it sure has to be great to have him at HOME !!
