ME!! Not, ds! OMG...does anyone else live in south Texas? We've lived here two years and I've not had a problem till about two weeks ago. Now it's unbelieavably severe. I hate to go to the doctor for something seasonal, but it has to be seasonal! I've sneezed so hard and for so long that my ribcage is sore and doubles me over in pain when I sneeze. Anyone from around here? What is it that is unusual for this time of year??

SA, I don't think it is just Texas that is suffering from allergies~~~I live in the mid michigan area and for the last month everyone I know is suffering from allergy symptoms. You would think it is spring instead of fall. My oldest has it very bad~~~stuffy, congested, itchy eyes while the rest of us in the house are just stuffy. It is getting a little better with the colder nights and warm days. Hope you feel better soon.

After the drought we had some rain and it caused allergins in the air to kick up..plus they are harvesting and that sends all kinds of pollen, mold , and other fungi and crazy stuff to make us all nuts.

Oh no, not just Texas, in NJ, we have the hurricanes that kick up all the dust, but don't get the rain here to knock it back down. Heck, I'd rather have the doubled over pain from sneezing then the almost pee myself crap, I don't know if that is more embarrassing or funny ;D

I live in north texas and have had horrible allergies this year. I am taking 3 different medications and still wake up with a head full of mucous. I tried allergy shots but they gave me MIGRAINES. (very odd apparently) Mild winter last year didn't kill enough seeds and they are all blooming. Plus the air quality is bad. My allergy Dr says that bad ozone days make allergies worse. I don't know about south Texas but the pollen is having a field day in N. texas
