First pep-rally tomorrow

Amber is so excited and nervous. The junior high has the first pep-rally and football game of the season tomorrow. Then on Friday, they have homcomming parade and pep-rally which the junior high, jv and varsity cheerleaders all perform in. They have spent all week practicing, so she knows the routine and cheers, but still is afraid she will make a mistake.

Dan has permission to play in the football game tomorrow for JV. He is now walking, and the doctor told him if they taped it good, and used an ankle brace, he would be fine. (I am still scared though) Since Andy has his stress test tomorrow, I will go alone to Ambers game (hers is away) And he will get home intime to go to watch Dan because he is home. So we will know more tomorrow how Andy is doing. Wish him luck.

Amber also found out that she is going to be in the uil one act play again this year. She does not know yet which part she got, but at least she is in it.

Tell Amber "Good Luck" at the pep rally (they are always so much fun ) and lots of luck to her in the play. I am happy that Dan will get to play in the game. I have this tape I use for therapy that is called kinesio tape (it is made in Japan) anyways if you put it on a special way it helps the muscles and joints heal~~~I like it because it is as strong and stable as athletic tape but has some give to it~~~ I bought a roll of it to use for Riley when he gets injured and needs to be taped but allows him to move. In fact I have already used it on his thumb and it already is feeling better, of course I didn't put it on the therapy way I just wrapped it up as if I was using athletic tape.
