Andy went again this afternoon for the test, and was told they would not do it because the insurance would not pay. Why couldn't they tell him that when he called this morning to check that the machine was working. I guess they are sticking by the RX that he had heat stroke. Good news, but I would have felt better if they had done the stress test first. He goes back to work tomorrow, they put him on nights to keep him out of the sun and heat. We could really use the money right now. Then I get a phone call that Dan has a slight crack in his ankle. He has to go to therepy each morning at 7:00 and each afternoon right after school. Luckily our town doc treats the sports injuries without billing the parents unless it is real bad. This happened during football practice, so he is out of the game for a few weeks. Amber however did place 8th in her cross country meet today out of 50 girls. They ran 7th and 8th grade girls together, and our school placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, and 8th. Amber was the only 7th grader from our school to place.

The kicker was his boss told him to get back to work or he would lose his job!!!This is while he was in ER!!! Poor Dan....he must be hurting.... Good news for you is Amber...that is great news You must be very proud of her.

Tell Dan not to push himself too much, he doesn't want to do permanant damage Congratulations Amber The only cross country I run is if I think a dog or something is chasing me ;D Take care Vickilyn

The worries of the world never stop. Glad to see there was a rose among the weeds. Make sure you take some time to enjoy the smell before getting back in there and tackling those weeds. Miles

Well Dan went for his first morning of therepy, and I guess the fracture is a very small one. The Dr says by the time they heal the twisted ankle, the fracture will be healed. They did the electronic impulse things, and then used some ultra light therepy on him. I am not sure what they are called. Andy just gets paid the same as during the day, no diffrence. At least he is going back to work, and with him working nights, I dont have to get up at 4:30 each morning to make his lunch and get him out the door.
