The coaches make sure the boys all drink plenty of water. Amber is running cross country this year, and after crosscountry practice yesterday they had cheerleading practice. The cheerleaders used the gym, but the air was down. The poor girls looked just wrung out and drenched when they were finished. Both kids came home from school and just laid down in the living room under the fan for a while.

Both kids came home from school and just laid down in the living room under the fan for a while. Can't say I blame 'em! I just hope Cami gets to swim tonight! We paid 50.00 for two weeks last Monday and with all the afternoon and evening storms springing from the heat, they're not getting to swim much!  |

The differences in our temperatures and weather on this very board are just amazing !! ... I woke up this morning feeling COLD ... my bedroom was only 56 degrees F at 7.00 a.m. and I was FREEZING !! .. Because it is August (and SUPPOSEDLY meant to be summer!  ) I hadn't even THOUGHT about putting the heating on!! ... If it had been WINTER we would NEVER have let it get down to that!! Its been a beautiful day however ... but I have put the heating on tonight (it will only come on if the temperature goes below the level I have set) ... I am NOT prepared to wake up to that temperature again!!  |

I woke up this morning feeling COLD ... my bedroom was only 56 degrees F at 7.00 a.m. and I was FREEZING !!  I KNOW THAT FEELING AND I HATE IT I had to turn our heater on too Summer is officially gone now But oh what a lovely autumn this is  I just love fall  |

But for us it doesn't mean that much. The evenings get a little cooler, but we don't really notice much "Autumn" type weather until mid-October. |

That "Cold" front I spoke of is finally reaching us... it took us from the high 90's down to the low 90's! **rolling my eyes here**
