  WOOOHOOOOOY I should become a realitor, ;D I sold my house in less then 24hrs and got 34K  extra to boot from it.. woohoooo look out new house, here we come.. (man I hate packing)  We also were accepted for our 130k bid on a 155k home with 7 bedrooms  , and 3 full baths on 25acres with its own private lake . Each kid will now get their own rooms and cant blame anyone else for the messes.. ;D

I don't do the whole camping scene. When Blue opens up her lake spa/resort, then Alaska will seem more appealing. |

I've always wanted to visit Alaska. If I could afford the gas to haul it cross country, I'd pack the camper today!!

miles....now you are talkin ;D We don't camp either but a lot of people do. If I say anything too bad...christy will get me ;D ;D ;D ;D nah! I wouldn't do that! Remember we camp in a camper. An air conditioned camper with it's own bathroom complete with shower, hot and cold running water, a gas stove and even a microwave, and a queen size pull out bed that I put a nice comfy eggcrate mattress on. Basically a hotel room on wheels! That's MY kind of camping.... I don't do tents anymore. Mama didn't raise no fool! ;D |

congrats blue! the houses around us tend to sell quickly too but that's really fast!
hope we do as well when it's our turn, probably in a couple years when ds graduates from high school.

When we were going to sell our first house, we had people knocking on our door asking when we were going to put the house on the market. The only person we told of our moving was our pastor at church. Hmmm confidentiality out the window??? Miles |

YEAH.. major party at my house on moving day . My ex will CRINGE when he signs the papers over and sees how much I got in profit, and he wont get a red penny either. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D There is plenty of room for a fleet of campers, bring em on up, do a care-a-van and enjoy the ride. |

wow Oreo thats great.... 7 bedrooms seems like allot of house cleaning Have fun packing right there with you... My mom is moving from her big house coming to live near me, she is building a new house but a much smaller one....  the problem here is she has to much stuff huge garage sale coming up..... My Parents when to Alaska 2 years ago they said it was the most beautiful place they have ever seen.... and believe me they've seen alot.... let me know when the party is I'll bring my camper....ps it is equipped also no tenting here eather....... |
