My t.v. news is saying more bombs went off in london, a bus one, and I think a couple subways... I hope there are NO casualties this time...

What is wrong with this world??

Police seem´s to be unsure about if this was a copycat or a "real" thing...... People are grazy, how can anyone do something like this

I am in the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean on holiday and earlier this evening Sam called up on the cellphone to tell us that he had just heard this news !! (BTW Sam is also with us here on holiday but wasn´t "with us" in person when he heard the news ... so the first thing he did was call us !! )... so right now am trying to get us much information as possible !! (which isn´t so easy when all the news is in Spanish!!)

Still trying to make some sense out of what happened today but I gather there are no casualties?? Thank God!! ... OMG What a MESS ... !!

annie, i know you weren't in london today but i was still worried about you---this is scary. i also thought of sam b/c i remember how he felt 2 weeks ago. i thought of hans and was glad he wasnt on the tube this morning.

it seems that there were no fatalities, thank God, as you say. but how terribly scary. i saw a news photo of a woman having to breathe into a paper bag after a panic attack after the event. i can understand that, poor thing.

Sam and his friend who is with us both said today that there is NO WAY they will get on an underground train again for a very long time ... I feel the same way ... We are lucky that we don´t NEED to use an underground train most of the time as we are not IN London ... but London is a place we go to very often and dh goes there to work every day ... he also says he will not get on an underground train now !!

What makes this so sad is that the terrorists HAVE managed to change our way of life !! ... Although we may say that we ´`must continue as normal`` it just isn´t possible and I know for sure that we are NOT the only people feeling this way right now !! ...
