In Finland, and I think in other Europian countrie´s as well, we have the "quiet moment" (and flag´s are down in the half too)at noon, to memorize the victim´s and horror of the London bombing

I thought it would be nice if we all could take a brief moment to remember that terrible day and express our thought´s and prayer´s to those who´s life´s vere changed that day .


So; my thought´s and prayer´s are with all the victim´s, all the Londoner´s and all the English people, expecially with you Anne

A special prayer goes out from here too....this morning they said that one of the bomboers was a elementary school teacher...scary thought..

We too had our 2 minutes of silence at noon today ... which brought back the memories of when we had the same thing for 9/11 .... On that day (after 9.11) I was in the middle of our high street and the whole place - cars and pedestrians just came to a complete standstill ... Today I was at work and being "holiday" time it was almost deserted ... but those of us who were there gathered outside and did our own 2 minutes silence ...

I was HORRIFIED that 4 of those bombers were BRITISH CITIZENS .. !! Born, bred and educated here ... and yes one of them was a teacher ... WHAT A WAY to spit in the faces of the country who have "accepted them" and made them one of their own...
