Here is a site that lists the laws and resolutions that states have concerning school staff 'reccomencing' meds.. www.fightforkids.com/bills_resolutions.htmI am setting up a website now to hopefully replace the adhd.com site and these things will be on it.. any other things you want to see??

I'm not sure exactly how resolutions work.. but It would give you some backing.

The difference between resolution and law is "that the former is used whenever the legislative body passing it wishes merely to express an opinion as to some given matter or thing and is only to have a temporary effect on such particular thing, while by a 'law' it is intended to permanently direct and control matters applying to persons or things in general

*nodnod* I'd figured I'd just ask my business law professor this afternoon. By the way, where does your name come from? The only place I can recall seeing that word is in a book. It was a poisonous plant.
