It feels like it has been a year, but I guess it has only been a week. We are finally moved...for now. A few more weeks and we do it all over again, but then I plan to be done for a long time! The kids think this new house is great and are adjusting really well, I can't say the same for myself, but oh well. I have had the song "18 Wheeler" stuck in my head for a week now b/c everytime I just about fall asleep one goes roaring by on the freeway, this will take some getting used to....Becky  |

Glad to see you are back online.. I was wondering how you all were doing. How long do you have to stay in the temp. housing? Not long I hope... Especially since you weren't int eh other house too long...
At least the kids are adjusting somewhat.

no, we really wern't at the other house all that long. Only about 10 months.  We should only be here for about 2 months, but then we move into the "good" house. The people who live there now can't close on their house for a few weeks yet, and we had to be out for the new renters to come in so we are in temp. housing. Kaiti, packing in a hurry is really easy if: 1. your basement flooded a few weeks prior and so yoiu had to throw all the junk away already, and 2. your send your kids to grandma's for a few days and wrok your butt off!! Glad to hear you are moved again temporarily! Drove past you a week ago. Did you hear us? We were in the vehicle with all the fighting and screaming kids! Are you by the interstate?
