Is it the power of women or is it impulse control. I know Nate wants to fit in, but please. A girl a the daycare told him to rip her sandles apart. He did, then could not get them together. So I went through a few senerios and he agreed that they were pretty dumb things for me to do. But when I asked him if he realized what he did was not right, he told me that the difference was that she told him to do it. Maybe something sunk in because he apologized to her when he got there this morning and offered to buy her some new shoes. Miles

they just through the commonsence out of window if a peer tell´s them to do something little impulse-control issue mayby I know the feeling, staying there stunned and asking, why did you do this, I know it wouldn´t occur to you ever even think about this, but when someone tell´s you to....

He got out of the car this morning and said 'Dad, I hate having these conversations like this' 'Like what?', I asked. 'The ones that you are right'. he responded. He is a very logical person and you have to build your case on logic. That is one of his strengths. We always wonder what profession he will pursue... professional interregator, lawyer, detective, teacher.... just wonder. But I wonder what impulse he will act on next. Tune in tomorrow when Miles says.....

Paul has always been very logical too....In my opinion this seems to be a strength for our kids.

attentionseeking, poor selfesteem, aproval seeking.... Miles I laughed when I read your comment of Nate, what a cute little boy......he has a huge future ahead of him My ds is also very logical, I think that´s very usual amongst adhd-person, when they finally get their mind in straight, they really know how to use it
