any silly laws? I came across a book in my sons room called More Crazy Laws. I thought it would be fun to see what crazy laws your state might have.
In Kentucky a law says that it is illegal to sleep in a restaurant.
A Kentucky law says that burgulary can only be committed at night.
Pigeons are not permitted to fly over Bellevue Kentucky.
It is illegal to fish with a bow and arrow in Kentucky.
Anyone who is drinking shall be considered "sober" until they "cannot hold onto the ground". ;D
Anyone else?

Only in Virginia.... There is a state law prohibiting "corrupt practices of bribery by any person other than candidates."  You may not engage in business on Sundays, with the exception of almost every industry. Driving while not wearing shoes is prohibited.  Citizens must honk their horn while passing other cars. Children are not to go trick-or-treating on Halloween.  It is illegal to tickle women.  In Richmond Virginia... It is illegal to flip a coin in a restaurant to see who pays for a coffee.  And in Stafford County Virginia... It is legal for a man to beat his wife on the courthouse steps so long as it is before 8:00 pm.  |
