I haven't had my own vehicle for about 10 yrs. Hubby and I always worked things out and shared one. He would get a ride to work or I would adjust my work schedule and so on and so forth. Well, he's been driving himself to work for the past month because the guy he was riding with had a heart attack, then pnumonia. Keep this gentleman and his wife in your prayers. She's in a different boat with having seizures and brain surgery. I'm so happy, we are calling it my early Birthday Present. I don't mind AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for letting me gloat a little. Kaiti but I can't gloat too much yet, he hasn't gotten the paperwork finished on it. So I'm not really driving it to work today, honest

I can't even begin to imagine looking out my window on March 18th and seeing my car covered with the "s" word! Even though it is still officially winter, our Spring usually arrives by the first of March here. We have been in the 70's the last few days. Today is supposed to be 77, tomorrow 82, and Saturday 78. Kaiti, you need to take a joy ride to the south so you can roll them windows down and let the wind blow thru your hair.

Alright Christy, shhuuuuttttt uuuuuuppppppp, ;D It's not nice to brag there chicky.
I might just have to take you up on the offer. As soon as we figure out any major errors in this thing. I heard from some folks that it was a piece of junk, BUT that's what they said about the other one we got. Let's see we've had that goin on 5 or Six years now.
We get older vehicles so that way we can work on them our selves and don't have to take it to some specialist or have to worry about the computer goin bad. Besides, I like the Heavy metal that surounds me in my tank. Nothing worse than fiberglass in an accident.
Off to get dresses, I'm taking the truck to the car wash to sweep it out. I don't wanna clog up my sweeper hose ;D ;D ;D

I don't mean to brag... it's just that I have lived in the south my whole life so it really is hard for me to imagine snow in March. But hey, I wish for it every winter around December and January, so you can get me back then, when you have it and I don't! ;D Anyway, enjoy that new ride. I'll open my sun-roof while I'm at lunch today and think about ya! (Now that was a brag! ) hehe

Well, I must say, I'm sure glad my dad made me pay attention to my first car and all of the taps and sounds. I just took it for a cruise to sweep it out. Well, well, well, 3 qts of oil and a gallon of water in the radiator later, I made it back. We knew about the oil before we bought it, so that's no biggy, but could you at least check the radiator ionce in a while TAPTAPTAPTAP... You go ahead and have your sun roof open miss thang, just watchout for birds (now that was a curse) ;D ;D Ran great other than that. Now if I could only figure out how to put the radio in ,,,,,,I wouldn't be talking to myself in the truck ;D ;D ;D Kaiti

Have fun!
