I just noticed on our amber alert ticker there is another child listed, this time from labelle florida... I dont know if that is any where near the other girls abduction or not... I sure hope they got the right guy in custody though...

Hi cat,
Labelle is more in the central part of Fl, whereas Sarasota, where poor little Carlie was from, is on the west coast of FL. I am sure they got the right SOB, he told them where to find her body.
Makes you shiver, doesn't it?

It is a very scary world no doubt about it...  cat edited to add hmmmm the details are gone already(on the ticker)... I hope they found her safe and sound! |

There is a new child on the ticker now. It appears a father has abducted his son in Arkansas.
The previous alert was cancelled because it now looks like the girl ran a way willingly.
You can always click on the ticker (on the childs name or the more details section) to go to the Amber aAlert website. It will tell about the current alert and on the right hand side is a link to past alerts.
