REMINDER !!

From time to time we get people who join and then endeavour to sell a product ... nornally by directing us straight to a website which is selling a specific product.

This is against the Terms and Conditions of Proboards who host our site and also against the spirit of this site.
This could in fact result in the total annihalation of our site !!

The administrators and moderators remain alert for posts like this but we would also really appreciate it if our members could "keep their eyes open" and let one of the admin/mods know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you see anything which appears to be actively selling a product.

Like I said before no thanks needed ..I just have to go the rest of the day feeling really stupid as he almost made a sell from me... (its bad when your own 15 yr old lectures you on internet knowledge)

Anne is right; alert one of mod´s/admin whenever you see some attemp to sell something or a offending post in here. This place is suppoced to be for support and understanding and we´re trying to keep it that way

Mothercat, you wouldnt be stupid!! You would be a mother looking for answers for her child she loves... Thats all, not a thing stupid about that!

I would like to add some thoughts to Anne's reminder...

None of the moderators here are dr's and we cant vouche for specific products... Each child, or adult, can and does react differently to certain medications or natural alternatives....

The moderators here can and do try to give advice, opinions etc, but please remember it is from our experience, with a specific person.... Since every person is so different, one child/adult may react differently then another child/adult...


I think it is important for every one of us, to do research on anything before we try it, to help ADHD/ ADD.... The best way to deal with ADHD/ADD is to be INFORMED...
