Is anyone else having problems with this board being VERY slow? Also it posts my messages twice and the screen turns gray; I can't get back to the board after posting.

Well, I found out the problem, but there is nothing we can do about it.
ProBoards is our provider. They have about 700,000 forums. They have lots of servers to run these forums. Recently, they opened server 23 (our server) up for new boards. So right now there are a lot of new boards being built on our server, and this has slowed all of the boards on 23 done.
Proboards is aware and is working on the problem of slowness. It does seem quite a bit better at the present.

YUP, it is about that time huh? Now I know what dial up is like. Y'all and your phone bills and stuff, man, I hope you don't pay by the minute and stuff. It go to the point I would hit post, wait 5 sec. and x out and come back in. Worked better than waiting for internet optimizer to pop up in 5 minutes |
