stew4me, I have never used the stay logged in feature.
I know that I can close the window and reopen it and I am still logged on as long as I don't shut down my computer.
Are you shutting down in between uses of the site?

Hey D2B! Twice now, the system has logged me out in the middle of typing a reply to the post. I know I'm in when I bring up the site, because it greets me as jdmom. I'll hit reply to a topic, and get my reply all typed up, but when I try to post it, it will tell me that guests can't reply to topics. I log in in the mornings, check in around lunch, and then once again in the late afternoon. It's in the afternoons that this happens. Does it have a time limit on it? If it does how can I change it? BTW, where've ya been? I've missed "seeing" you around!

Hi jdmom. This used to happen to me when I would log in and choose 360 minutes (6 hours) for it to remember that I'm logged in. Now I just have it set to remember permanently that I'm logged in. Otherwise it would log me out at about 4:00 in the afternoon, even if I were typing a message.
The login page reads like this:
Username: Need to register? Password: Forgot password? Minutes to stay logged in: Always stay logged in: Invisible mode: (admins only)
Dad2Brooke has been busy selling his house and buying a new one. He posted a picture of it today in our moderator's forum. That forum doesn't come up on your screen unless you are a moderator. We hope that D2B will now have more for the site, as he has done a wonderful job.
