You will notice on the main page near the top I have installed a SayBox. This feature will allow us to chat in real time on our site!
To use it, just type your name in the "Your Name" box. Type your message in the "Your Message" box and click "Say."
SayBox will hold 250 messages, and then it will delete them starting with the oldest 10. So, please use Saybox for chatting only, important info should be in a post for all to read.

Hi, I can't seem to bring up the CHAT BOX? Everything else on the site is FINE but no chat box just instructions going accross in YELLOW on the instructions of "How to use it."  Hope you can help? Madison |

Madison,
There site is down again. They have been having problems for a while now.
Please be patient, they usually are not out for long.
If they continue to have major problems, I will look elsewhere for remotely hosted chatbox.

D2B, the moving yellow instructions are driving me crazy. Any chance we could just put a link to this thread instead?

Alla,
I did that so I could put out the instructions how to use it right there. The text hilighter code allows me to place them all in one line, and save space at the top of the board. Quite often new people use the chat before they join and I wan them to know how.
Is it the yellow or the movement that is driving you crazy? Please let me know, because I might be able to make some changes.
Anyone else having problems with it?

I think it's the mainly the movement, and the yellow just emphasizes it that much more.

I slowed the speed of the hilite down. Maybe it won't bother you as much.

I have removed SayBox.
Unfortunately, it was confusing new members and visitors. Many were posting there and after not getting a response, were discouraged.
As we are a support board and SayBoxes chats disappeared after so many posts, it is better if everything is posted on the boards.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
