Well, with all the birthdays this month, we have been going around and around as to what would be really special for each person.
We decided on a bike for Michael, and then realized that won't work at the new school, so we got him a good MP3 player with 1 Gig of memory, plays 500 songs.
He just came in to announce he had the perfect gift for Patrick, the kid who MIGHT make it to 13 this month... he has hit puberty with a vengeance... we hate his behavior right now. What a monster. Michael finally has had his fill.
He wants to give Patrick a box with an automatic boxing glove that will punch him in the face every time he is a jerk! His problem is figuring out how to get it to recoil fast enough to land the blows as fast as he thinks they will be needed!
God, I hope Shaun is observing and learning NOT to behave like this. With Michael, we just attributed it to medication adjustments. Patrick is med free, and is just plain miserable to be around. Shaun has asked to be shot if he gets like them!
