We were driving the other day, after my husband fixed my truck. Mikey and Tara were sitting in the back seat and Mikey was trying to explain to Tara what happened:
Mikey: Daddy had to fix Mommy's truck.
Tara: I know that (stress the clearly annoyed tone)
M: He had to fix the regulator
T: The whatalator?

I had to hold my breath to keep from busting out laughing, maingly because that is how we talk
