DD prayed before supper the other day: " . . . and help Mommy to be pretty"  DH looked up from praying and said, "God sure answered that prayer fast." ;D I'm not sure which was funnier--the prayer or DH's response. I wanted to tell her, "sorry, girl, it just aint gonna happen" but I didn't. |

Skay, do you wear makeup? My guess would be that she sees you putting it on and figures you want to be prettier, so she's gonna ask god to help you out.

Yes, I wear makeup, but I had a cough and had such a bad coughing spell that day that it brought on an ocular migraine so I don't think I looked well. She does have a thing where she says "E's pretty, Mommy's pretty, A's handsome, and Daddy's handsome." Hmmm. The smileys changed. Now I'm going to have to fix my first one.  |
