Hmmm. Sinus infection discussion on the Where do you live thread--a little off topic, are we? LOL I get sinus headaches all the time (well, doc thinks some of them might be migraines) but have had only one infection. It was NOT fun! We went to a fair today and it was about 85 degrees! UGH! Fortunately the humidity wasn't as bad as it is in the summer.

Hey! I am a retired paramedic in the Philly area! I see your honey is an EMT, so hello! I have seen studies that show the vast majority of medics are adrenalin junkies and when screened, something like 90% show up as ADHD! It is the ultimate ADHD job, live fast and furious then drop the patient and never think about that again. The only problem is trying to get the paper work done!

I live in Henryville , Pennsylvania (NE part of Pa.) the heart of the Poconos (honeymoon capitol). I am originally from Morris County , New Jersey and came to the Poconos every weekend as a child( and I hated it! ). Now that Im all grown up I love it. Its is sort of rural, but close enough to everything you could want.

Franksmom, I went to Morristown (sp?) for a convention a few years ago. We got lost going through the rolling pastures, and the roads were all flooded so we turned around and went back Any how, I am down here, almost by my lonesome, but I know there are a couple others from SJ and Delaware Seanachai, I used to go to Blue Mountain on ski trips with the school. Never did break any bones

Poconos.. lol.. my family got stationed in Tobyhanna for a year and half... I must say moving from Newport news to there was quite a HUGE adjustment for me.. never did much care for the area.. pretty but too touristy for me ;p

Yes we have the Army Depot in Tobyhanna. I hate the touristy part too. Summer it is the waterpark and the Nascar racing and winter it is the skiing. One day soon we will be moving out more, somewhere where there are less people! More Rural! I love Newport! I love ALL of New England. I lived in Connecticut for about 10 years and it was wonderful!

I'll stop for lunch east of Wilkes Barre and probably hit Hartford at 4 o-clock rush hour, YUK! But I love Thanksgiving in New England!
