I found a pretty convincing article on the benefits of a "natural" way to help w/ ADD @ www.vaxa.com. From what I understand, using the homeopathic remedies; Attend, Memorin, and Exstress together doesn't just control the symptoms of ADD, but rather helps rebuild neurotransmitters that people with ADD don't have, and in addition to being like 50% more effective than prescription meds w/no side effects, can be used in conjunction with any prescription med while in transition to Attend. I was wondering if anyone had tried it before i spent $80 on the system. I've had ADD since I was a kid. I never really knew what that meant until recently after doing hours of research. It's nice to know that I'm not just a worthless "f-up" who just can't get it together. I'm on Ritalin and a better diet now and its making a beautiful difference but if I could ultimately fix the problem, I'd much rather do that. So if anyone has experience with the remedy in question, good or bad, please share it with me.

Hi Sadlymistaken, welcome to the forums. While I have heard of attend, I don't have any experience with it. I mostly just try to keep up with myself and use diet modifications to help when I am really getting spastic and unfocused. A good thing for me is to eat something with carbs........something about the seratonin level helps me out. Look around, you'll find that your not alone at all.
