Those are stored in a box that has the rest of the no pairs that last year I sorted through and finally tossed out old ones from Tara being a 2 yr old :oJust in case we could find them

I also have a big box full of unmatched socks ;D. It drives dh crazy  . I even buy more socks at dollar general-----they come matched up ;D ;D ;D ;D |

I know what burnt me on folding laundry...when the kids were little we used real diapers and no service except mothercatexpress. ( with no dryer..just clothes lines yuck) Now there is no sense in doing it because big kids just have bigger clothes and it is a never ending chain of events and ...I am tired even with a dryer. Plus it gives the kittens a place to play. I might add just finding Jareds socks to wash is a chore all by itself..it means going into his room and getting on the floor. |

::)Finding the dirty socks is no problem... I have sock turdies EVERYWHERE... in every room of the house, I find them in the car and in the yard, everywhere but in the laundry.
I finally broke down and put a wicker laundry basket (covered) in the KITCHEN since that is where sooooo many of them appear.
When they are washed, they get put in a clean basket upstairs, and anyone can dig through and pick a pair...
Shaun seems to love wearing one of my pink socks with one of Michael's black ones.

I hate sorting Mike's socks. He has 6 DIFFERENT types, but they are all white athletic socks, some with a yellow band and a toe that is grey, others plain, it just irks me when he throughs 2 different one on......throws off my whole organizational system of sorting ;D ;D ;D
