Hello all,
It's been a while, maybe even up to a year ago? Someone wrote a great detailed post on what it is like to have adhd. It was written with a wonderful description of what your mind goes through, but having adhd myself I can't quite remember any more than that. If you have even the least idea of what I'm talking about could you direct me to it? At first I thought it was something by skylarkragtop but I searched all his posts and couldn't find it there. I think it was by a male poster??

I think Daniel posted one on the meds page.
I put one on Getting to know each other and also under humor... Want to know what my life is like? Mine has a link to another page that my girl friend pointed out.
All of Sky's posts are profound... I hope he is doing well in nursing school... hope he shows up soon as finals are over!

Well, I checked out Douglas.... some of his posts are fantastic, I never realized how well he writes! Anyone know how he's doing with the book he was going to write? Is he still posting here?

Your posts are very well written too but it's not the one I'm looking for. Thanks for that link, very good also but not the one. I wonder if it could have been on the old forum?
Maybe I can start from scratch and ask for those with adhd to describe what it's like. I have a hard time with words myself and things don't always come out right. I know somewhere on this forum we have a gifted writer who can express themselves in this subject. Anyone want to try? I think I will start a new subject post that asks this.

We found his name, we found his post, now we found HIM! YEAH!
All it took was a anal retentive ADHD Mom who never forgets a "face". I happened to have his direct e-mail address, so it was fun to chase him down! I don't get to chase many guys anymore... except the four that I live with, five if you count the cat...
ohmama, glad you asked and prompted me to find him. I know that we will be better off. You were right, he has such a wonderful way of explaining what parents can't get the kids to say! We need more like him!
