Portable Phones

:oDoes anyone else have trouble with losing portable phones??? We have 3 portable phones at our house. About once a week, we have to go on a hunt. I'm sure it drives my husband crazy. I guess it goes along with the wandering and cleaning problems. (clean in a room, find something, put in another room, get sidetracked on something in that room, forget you were cleaning etc)

I love the button that we have on ours to locate it. Now if we could do that with the remote, we'd be in good shape.

Actually this morning Mike couldn't find his cell phone, so what does Mr Genious do? Calls is, and where was it? Next to his feet

Well, how do you suggest finding it? Portable phones, we hit the button. Cell phones we call. If you left it on silent, you have a problem. Even if it's on vibrate, you walk around the house with the cordless phone and keep calling yourself, 'cause you can hear it vibrate (unless you're Dad).

can you tell I don't have a cell phone, I didn't think about it being off or anything, duh

Yes - you press the button on the portable which works really well (unless for some reason you have left the phone in your car - don't ask - although it seems to happen quite a bit - or you don't realize it is missing until AFTER it is dead) - and the same thing for the cell phone!! Unless you are me and you loose the cell phone down the sofa - not just under the cousin but down where the hand won't reach - for a good six months - or you are my sister and actually put your cell phone in the dryer a lot!!

We don't have a problem losing the phone--it is the remote controls we have a problem with. I can watch all 3 men in my house turn a clean house upside down looking for a remote ;D while I sit here at my computer hehe. I needed a new mouse for the computer and the boys wanted to get one of those wireless ones--I said "NO WAY" you men can't even keep track of a tv remote--you are not going to lose MY mouse so I can't get on the internet hehe--intstead I got one of those nice infrared ones!! remote control´s ;D Do you think they can raise feet under them, It surely seem´s lke that some time´s when all 4 other´s swear they havent thouch them at all

Phone´s, I havent loose, yet, but I think I would try calling to mysefl

All those other little thing´s that seem´s to get loose a lot, Hmmmm...there´s a lesson; make sure you have at least 2 of everything, in case... ;D

Man, I'd need a bunch of those Let's see, remotes, keys, brain , coffee cups, wash clothes tha tI was just using that I can't find anywhere

I couldn't find my cell phone the other day. I was cleaning house and was expecting a call on it, so I got to looking for it. I finally had to call it. Guess where it was???
