Hi, I am a 37 yr old mom, currently not working outside the home. I was dx w/ ADD (inattentive) about 1 year ago. Was on adderall, but now I am on Concerta 52? mg once a day. I am getting more done but still feel like there is chaos in my head. Still hard to plan, decide, organize. but better than before. My question is about supplements. I have been taking several things and I feel that they have helped me but I take them with no real organization (surprise surprise). I know that certain things should be taken at certain times and not with other certain things and I want to make sure I am not spinning my wheels. Any guidance you can give me on dosage/timing is appreciated.
Ok, here are the facts... 37 yrs old, 200 lbs, no other real health issues, If
My arsenal includes L-tyrosine multivitamin coral calcium grapeseed/antioxidant ginko gla capsules fish oil capsules (per 2 - epa 520mg, dha 350mg b12 extended release 1000mcg
Thanks!

Hello and Welcome!!
I also have to be honest, I don't know what 1/2 of your supplemts are for so I don't know whtat to tell you. I am not really up on them. I would check with Catatonic or Oh Mamma, they are informed on this.
How do you like Concerta? I want to try that, but I don't know many adults who take and am curious how it makes you feel. I take Adderall now, so which one are/were you more happy with?
Good Luck...Becky

Hello and welcome tink, Come on over to the Natural Alternatives section. If you will scan the two fixed posts on the top of that section you will get a good idea of what is important to take and why. Compare this to what you are taking as I'm sure it will answer many questions.
I know you will find this section helpful.
