Okay this is my new life solution. I get so upset about stuff and feel so powerless so much, but the fact is is that I am in the drivers seat. So here's my new plan-if you like it please adopt it for you.
On the top of a page I write:
Problem/ Solution/ Check 1. Headache/ Aspirin 2. Sad/ Bike Ride 3. Schedual prob/call manager
Then I just check off the stuff as I solve my problems. Much better for me than being scared of dealing with them. Love ya A

Allison, I think this is a good idea. I'm addicted to lists like this myself. For me it is a matter of organization and reminders, without them I am a mess.
Actually, I do go through many of my days scheudling things for myself, such as Laundry-9:00 AM, and so on. This was I can actually see on paper what I have accomplished, remind myself of things left to be done, and stay on track better. If I do stay on track I offer myself little rewards, like internet time. If I don't then I have to "punish" myself. That is no fun!!
