I read in Driven to Distration that life coaches can help ADHD people. Have you ever hired them? And is he/she working out well for you?

I haven't, but I have seriously been thinking about whether something like this would help me. From the research I have done, basically they meet with you and talk with you about how they can help you get organized and they help you with procrastination and memory lapse issues. The ones I looked up send you an email every day saying things like "don't forget that today you are supposed to straighten up your desk and finish the work project" I don't know if this would help me. I'd read it and go, "okay, I SHOULD do that, but ya' know, I just don't feel like it".
I would also be interested if anyone else has had experience with coaches and whether there are ones who deal directly with you in person. THX
