I'm new here, and have been reading online for help for my boys, who aren't diagnosed yet. Hopefully soon...

I found an article by Russell Barkley, and found it very helpful. I always felt like there was something wrong with me as a kid, and reading the article, I am almost positive that I have inattentive ADD. Can my regular doctor diagnose me? I do have a physical soon. I don't know how I'm going to manage and organize 2 kids with ADHD if I can't organize myself.

I just ordered the Russell Barkley book, an ADD organizational book, and a ADD tips book from Amazon. Hope they help!

Jen...Sounds like you are on top of things...Good Job I think I would start with your Doctor...he/she can guide you.

If you think you might be ADD you probably are...get it checked out. You sound like a very positive person...Good Luck and check back.
