I get bored and feeling in a rut very easily. Do meds help to ease the problem? Or is there some other way to lessen the boredom problem? Or do you just keep finding new things to keep the excitement level up?

Maybe you have cabin fever. It seems like everyone I know does right now. It is that time of year. Or maybe you are depressed. Hope you start to feel better...Becky

Good, not just me. I think the cabin fever thing is probably part of it. If you have the resources, think of one thing that you have always wanted to do, but put off. It doesn't have to be expensive, like say, go to the mall and buy that cup of gourmet (fancy) coffee. Sit and watch people. If you have a proch, bundle up sit out the and wave to everyone. I usually get some pretty nice smiles out of people. Buy a coloring book or take one of your kids and color your "BEST" Just a couple of things we might think are stupid, but they are boredom busters. Kaiti
