Can someone tell me what vitamins, minerals etc... can help control anxiety?..

First and foremost -- magnesium. Good clinical track record, very safe, helps with so many other issues as well. Dose would be 6mg per pound of body weight.
Second, 5-htp. This will raise the brain's serotonin levels, the principle on which many prescription anti-depressants work.
Third, inositol. This is classified as a B-vitamin. Clinical studies on anxiety have safely given children as much as 100mg per pound of body weight but that's a lot of inositol. No reason you have to start quite that high!

Going out to buy magnesium and b-complex vitamins today. I don't know what 5-htp is so I will have to look into that.
