I subscribed to the Feingold Member Services last month but now I can't log in. Did I wait too long? Anyone have any idea what's wrong?

Were you able to log in last month? The passwords changed with the most recent newsletter (I got it last week) but the old one is usually active for a while in case people don't get their newsletters right away. You could try emailing Carol for help ( carol@fausmembers.org )

Oh, I guess I just don't understand how it works. I thought the passwords on the cards were just for those wanting to get on as a guest.

Since the support board is for members only, you have to log in with the passwords provided before you are able to access the site. Then you can create your own user name, or use the board as a guest. Other member areas -- like product research -- also require the passwords sent on the little cards.
