Catatonic, I just love to read your reply´s in here, you have so much knowligde of these thing´s I do not do the alt. routine ( dont have nerve´s to do it) but I pop in here to read all these great thing´s you all dig up and most of the time I end up thinking...o´kay mayby that´s it then... have to try these someday.... Me too. ;D That said, I have Kool-Aid in my cabinet right now. My son was begging me to buy him some, because I usually torture them with just orange juice, milk, or water. I'll probably regret buying that...

Hi everyone,
I know I'm late to jump on this post, but I had to comment to mothercat... the red40 makes my non adhd ds turn into the child from he**!! We discovered this about him when he was in preschool. He went from a very difficult and emotional child, to one that is happy, imaginative and funny.
I'll add red40 to the "evil" list!

My mom hasnt stopped buying that stuff with the dye in it all summer . Last night Bobo asked why I dont buy koolaid anymore..I told him it is because I am getting older and Jared is getting faster.. last thing I need is to wind up his clock for no reason.. ;D

"Mom, do you think you will EVER buy toaster strudels?" "Mom, would you ever let us try twizzler twisted?" Do I even need to start? My answer... "probably not, but it might happen some day as a treat". My kids know that our ultimate family goal, and what I consider my most important job, is to eat HEALTHY. I hate television advertisements! My grocery trips seem to take forever these days, but I feel so much better for having read the labels and making educated, thoughtful choices!

Mikey's ears get red when he eats or drinks something that he shouldn't. It took us modifying Mikey's diet for my husband realized after he ate a meatball sandwich...his do the same thing. CAN I HAVE A HOT DOG MOM
