Hi I just got my dd's ultimate omegas in the mail. They are much bigger than what she was taking. Could I punture the capsule and pour it on food?? Not sure shel'l beable to swollow it. I hope she can take it , for I'd hate to have the money go down the drain. THanks for any suggestions. Lisa

My little one bites the capsule, swallows the oil, then spits out the capsule. This doesn't hurt anything or make it any less effective. Only real drawback is that then you have to actually taste the oil, and it doesn't taste very good.
