I give my son the Natural Factors Rx-Omega-3 Factors. I have confidence in the quality of the product, and there is nothing in this one that he's unable to tolerate. (The Nordic Naturals, which contain lemon oil, give him horrible reactions.) I also give my son an Evening Primrose Oil capsule each day, the 500mg size which contains 65mg of GLA. If your son can' swallow capsules, Nordic Naturals makes a liquid that is (like all the liquids) pretty nasty, but less nasty than most. My 3-year-old prefers to bite open a regular fish oil capsule, rather than take the liquid. However, according to a review of fish oil products published in Consumer Reports in July of last year, you're safe buying discount brands as well. Their analysis found all the brands tested were free of contaminants and contained the stated amounts of DHA and EPA. We've tried some of these and they were fine, but I still prefer the Rx-Omega-3 for its higher level of quality assurance ad the fact that it is additive free. You can buy it online from www.iherb.com
