Can anyone recommend a good Powdered Magnesium?
If not I can try the liquid but since it has to be diluted in 8oz of drink I'm not sure I can get my son to take 4 drinks to get his dose.
Thanks

I actually found a powder magnesium called Ionic Fizz that is raspberry lemonade flavor. I have been able to get both of my boys to take it. I am so excited. It is one step in the right direction.

I purchased it at a store here in West Palm Beach called Nutrition World. I'm not sure if it is on-line anywhere but I'm just thrilled with it. It has 300mg. However I didn't give my boys the whole scoop. My son actually asks for his lemonade each night. Now I'm just trying to figure out a way to get the Omega-3 down him.

COOL! I just found this on IHerb. Hope my kid will like it. I just started the magnesium thing. I'm having to grind it up and mix it with peanut butter to get it down him. Not fun.

You could try the Floradix liquid, which requires no dilution. A capful provides 250mg magnesium. It's a bit high in salicylates if you're sensitive to them... store.yahoo.com/iherb/floramag.htmlAnother possibility is the Kirkman Labs powdered magnesium citrate. Magnesium citrate is a bit harder on the stomach than some other forms, but since it's powder you can start with a low dose and build gradually, in order to accustom the stomach to it gradually. The only potential risk factor is the citric acid, which is derived from corn syrup... www.kirkmanlabs.com/products/minerals/magnesium/Mag_Citrate_P_8_Spec239.htmlWe use magnesium glycinate tablets, which are HUGE, but don't contain any additives we need to be careful of. store.yahoo.com/hono/021245811091.html
