Don't order anything from herbaladvisor.com!!
I'm having them investigated for fraud. Not only do they take your money and not ship your order but now they have disconnected their phone number and will not respond to any email!

Thanks for the warning. I've ordered from Herbal Advisor a number of times without any problem (other than somewhat unpredictable shipping times). Lately, thank goodness, I've been going to iherb.com. Glad to have a heads-up that there's a problem there.

Ohmama, please keep us posted as to any activities pertaining to this site.
I had actually heard good thing about them......could you be more elaborate, that's sounding smart, not meant to be.....did they miss a ship date, credit card process and not get it?

I placed an order with them on Sept 9th. On Sept 13th, according to my bank statement they withdrew $112.39 from my credit card. Having had a small business of my own that did shipping I am familiar with the laws of business on credit card purchases and shipping procedures. They have to ship within 24 hours of charging your credit card or they are in violation.
Well, here we are October 1st and no order received! To get a hold of this company if you have a problem, you are instructed to call 1-800-688-2375 or email them. I really needed that order so I have been emailing them for over two weeks with no response. I have also tried to call the 800 number only to find a recording that said someone will get back to you. No one ever did. So, once I received my bank statement (just the other day) and found out when they took the money out of my account I knew something was very wrong. I tried calling them again, this was after 5 times that I had left messages that no one returned. Only thing is, this time the phone number had been disconnected!
I then called my bank and asked for the charges to be reversed. They are investigating this company for fraud.

I did indeed try to call this number 3 times, it came up with "(call cannot be completed as dialed, hang up and try again)"
I am so sorry this is happening to you. I hope every thing works out.

Thanks for the warning! I'm sorry that happened to you and I hope you get your money back. Boy that makes me mad! If something like that happened to us right now we would be in serious trouble!

Has anyone been to the site recently? I didn't read the entire page, but there's a notice that they've closed for business and that the domain is now owned by iHerb. There is contact information also.

I looked at the site because it was one that was recommended in an earlier thread. Here is what the site says Dear Visitor, Herbaladvisor has recently closed for business,

You may also contact your credit card company to reverse the charges, if you have not received your order.
