Hi Lisa, There's a Feingold recipe archive that doesn't require membership or a password. You can find it here: www.geocities.com/feingoldpicrecipes/archiverecipesindex.htmlIf you find that the do-it-yourself version of Feingold works for you, I'd urge you to consider joining. It's extremely helpful to have the approved Food List and Shopping Guide, the resources of the product research committee, and the support forum where more experienced members can offer help and advice. It's expensive, and I did the "home version" for quite a while before deciding to join. I'm glad I did join, but I think it makes sense to give it a try first. The biggest problem with that is there are so many hidden additives that you don't always get what you think you're getting when you rely solely on reading labels. Feingold really has been wonderfully successful for us, although it was not easy at first to make the change. If you have questions, there are a number of us here who follow the program who could probably help you out.

OH OH OH, I like recipies Thanks Catatonic for posting that. We follow Feingold, and really really want to join, but $ is a little tight....I know, it isn't as much when you break it down, but hopefully by the new year we'll be able to afford it. So far so good for us. Although the worst thing so far is my husband has been dying for me to make an apple pie, but if I do, it'll be gone in the morning-Mikey sneaking
