was chatting with a chemist at Biochemical Labs today about my vitamin and supplement routine for my DS. in addition to Omega-3, Vit. C and E, Calcium, Magnesium, B-50 and a mulit-vitamin. they want me to add Manganese and Pantothenic Acid to the mix.
your thoughts?

They are useful nutrients to include and are in many of the good multi-vitamins. Certainly any B-complex will include pantothenic acid (the B-50 we use has 50mg pantothenic acid). Check yours and see. I wouldn't add a separate supplement just to cover manganese, but would look for a multi that contains it (if your current one does not) when it's time to replenish your supply.
Pantothenic acid is a B-vitamin (B5) necessary for lipid metabolism. It's easy to get from dietary sources like yogurt, chicken, avocado, mushrooms, peas and lentils.
The best dietary source of manganese is your tap water. IManganese is also abundant in leafy green vegetables.
